Tailian Launches Automated Solution Preparation System for SVP/LVP Pharmaceutical Production

Tailian Packaging Equipment CO.LTD continues to develop advanced pharmaceutical equipment solutions with the introduction of its Automated Solution Preparation System for Small & Large Volume Parenterals (SVP/LVP). This highly integrated and fully enclosed system is designed to support precise, efficient and traceable drug solution preparation in sterile environments while meeting strict GMP requirements.

The automated solution preparation system is developed for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes that require controlled preparation conditions and reliable process management. The system adopts a dual-tank design combining concentrated preparation and dilute preparation functions. The solution preparation tanks are constructed with 316L stainless steel, featuring mirror-polished internal surfaces to support hygienic operation. The system can be equipped with magnetic stirring, jacket temperature control, and weighing modules or level sensors for precise quantification.

The system also integrates transfer and filtration functions. It uses sanitary centrifugal pumps for pharmaceutical fluid transfer and supports multi-stage filtration configurations, including primary filtration and terminal sterilizing filtration. Additional auxiliary systems include compressed air or nitrogen supply, CIP/SIP cleaning and sterilization systems, and sterile vent filtration components to support controlled pharmaceutical production environments.

Based on PLC control architecture, monitoring computers or touchscreens, and high-precision sensors, the equipment can automatically manage important process parameters such as temperature, pH value and pressure. The system supports automated cleaning and sterilization procedures, solution preparation process control, filter integrity testing and complete process data recording, helping achieve digital traceability throughout production.
